SAP2000 provides all the core business administration (BA) functionalities of SAP R/3. This number of functions is what made SAP R/3 quite popular amongst numerous organizations at different levels throughout the world. There are currently about ten thousand installations of the product worldwide whereas SAP R/3 (the previous version) had more than 35,000 functionalities available to customers during its peak usage time period in 2010. It was released on July 1st, 2002, and it has been continuously updated ever since. The program has two versions, one in use around the world and one not in use globally.
